Our policy extends to the education, training, entrepreneurial business assistance and provision of career opportunities to HDI citizens. The policy is designed to advance the Quantity Surveying and Project Management technical and business skills of previously under-privileged individuals, who display potential in this field.

The aim is to elevate these individuals to prominent positions as Quantity Surveyors and business executives.

We are eager to pass on our experience and knowledge and have provided mentorship and in-house training to many students and qualified HDI Quantity Surveyors.

Our commitment is therefore aimed at the development of HDI's as well as the creation of wealth and job opportunities.
